THE ROUTE

I will be attempting to paddle in a sea kayak from Saltash to Penzance along the South Cornish coast, then around the Isles of Scilly in June 2010. I will be accompanied all the way by Dan in a support vessel. We have 2 weeks in which to complete this journey. Dan has to go back to work and, although I have a little more time, I have to move house soon after finishing the project.

Hopefully we will be blessed with good weather and complete the journey in plenty of time. We aim to complete the South Coast within the first week, have 2 days rest, and then complete the Island portion of the journey in the second week.

This journey is to raise the funds for the BDMLR and IoS Veterinary Support Group.

Any one who would like to join in is more than welcome. You should be an experienced sea kayaker or sailor with your own kayak/vessel and understand that whilst we have a support vessel you are responsible for your own safety and participate at your own risk.
